The first time a judge has struck down a state ban on gay marriage happened Friday, as a judge in New Jersey ruled that the state must allow gay marriage.
This is in direct opposition to the states Governor, Chris Christie, whose office has said that they plan to appeal the decision. As of right now, October 21 is the day that the ruling will go into effect.
From now on GCR doesn’t ever want to hear anyone rag on their home state.
